在Windows下 alacritty 的默认shell 是 PowerShell，但是我习惯用cmd.exe，得在alacritty.yml 里面添加下面一个顶级设置：

shell:
    program: cmd

这样，启动的时候就选择 cmd.exe 作为默认的shell了。
